The Sweet, Sweet Brisket
The Scotchfoot could eat an entire cow, but humans are better off with just a piece. The picture below shows a cut of Brisket, this part often gets special attention before being consumed by the Scotchfoot. A brisket is marinaded and seasoned at least a day in advance and slowcooked over a bed of cherry and/or sugar maple. A great deal of research and consumption has been done to discover these preparation rituals.
